Four checks at the port
- Confirm today’s operating route and vessel on the operator site.
- Bring any booking or ticket reference; drivers should also bring the vehicle registration document when required.
- Finish check-in at least 20 minutes before departure.
- Complete check-in at least 20 minutes before departure, including with an advance voucher. For the 05:45 sailing from Hiroshima, foot passengers use the vehicle counter in front of No. 10 jetty. At Matsuyama Kanko Port, passenger check-in opens 30 minutes before departure; vehicle check-in normally opens 60 minutes before (30 minutes for the first sailing). When buying at the port, pay at the counter. If you booked through Direct Ferries, follow your confirmation for payment and ticket collection. Do not assume you must pay the fare again at the port.
