Cars can be reserved; walk-up carriage is possible only when both a cabin or seat and vehicle-deck space remain.
Motorcycles can be reserved online or by phone and are carried on the vehicle deck.
Bicycles can be reserved online or by phone and are carried on the vehicle deck without requiring a transport bag.
Reserve an eligible pet room or pet cage in advance. Pets must be placed in a cage during boarding and leaving the ship.
Vehicle-only transport has a separate reservation procedure; ask the operator about oversized passenger baggage.

- Confirm today’s operating route and vessel on the operator site.
- Bring any booking or ticket reference; drivers should also bring the vehicle registration document when required.
- Finish check-in at least 60 minutes before departure on foot or 90 minutes before departure with a vehicle.
- Complete check-in 60 minutes before departure on foot and 90 minutes before with a vehicle at Nagoya or Sendai. A foot passenger with a mobile QR boarding pass must board by 20 minutes before departure.
